- Access details of clients and subject records relating to jobs on the go

- Check case notes, alerts and actions
- Log new actions - Update/complete tasks and cases
- Create new tasks and cases
- Send action and progress communications to citizens
- Complete forms
- Add attachments including photographs.
Users will have peace of mind that work will not be lost, even in areas with limited or no mobile signal. Once signal is regained, all actions and updates made are instantly mapped into Cx, providing peace of mind and minimising administration.
