Shell Fleet App 4+

This app hits the ground running. I don’t understand why people have difficulty signing up or logging in.

One feature I would suggest is to show me when I can use my card again after using it. When I use my fuel card, I can’t use it for 7 days. It sounds simple to track it myself, but it’s a nifty feature I would appreciate having!

Other than that, it’s great! Does exactly what it’s supposed to do!

Received the card within a couple of days and had to wait for the pin to be able to activate. Once pin was received the option to activate disappeared off the app so I’m left him with a card I can’t use.

After posting this earlier review, I emailed customer services for the third time I told them I had not received a response to my last email, sent for days previously and was still unable to activate the card. Twenty minutes later I received an email saying that my card now been activated, and it is working fine.

This App is horrendous to use!

It has twice frozen my card - because it says that an invoice is unpaid. When I go into the app there isn’t even an invoice to pay!

When you email in for help - you obtain no meaningful engagement.

When you provide feedback and offer your time to discuss that feedback, no one even acknowledges the feedback - never mind actually calls you back to discuss the feedback.

There is a weekly credit limit on petrol purchases as well as a monthly limit - why?

When there is an invoice to pay - if you leave the app to acknowledge a notification on your credit card app - when you come back to this app you have to start the whole payment cycle again - creating a never ending loop of time wasting.

This app discredits Shell - they are a big company and they should be able to provide a slick, well thought out app. Engaging with their customers would be a good start!
