Sometimes when a new job is received the notification of the job is sent to the phone 5-10 minutes later and sometimes no notification is ever given and then look at the job and woah delayed by 1 hour.

There should be something like uber where you are forced to acknowledge the job or a persistent notification is given.

Also if the customer cancels the order the job doesn’t get removed from the app until you have to contact Just eat live operations to remove it only after finding out it’s been cancelled by the customer from the restaurant telling.

If the restaurant knows when the orders cancelled why would it be so hard for the courier to know.

Horrendous app, Ranstead can terminate accounts as easy as a snap of fingers but can’t be bothered to fix bugs on this app. Regardless if you allowed notifications on this app most of the time it won’t alert you for the job unless you open it up, with of course the bombardment of JustEat calls every few minutes. I’ve bought up the attention to the staff in the JustEat that the chat doesn’t work they replied with,” It’s not our fault that app doesn’t work, we can’t do anything about it”, and the call dispo is only for emergency so good luck getting in touch with them about anything serious. The app needs to be fixed as soon as possible because it is causing many problems to me and many other users at this point.

The app seems to track couriers incorrectly. I’ve been in trouble because of it. Days ago I received an order and I started making my way to the restaurant right after then the hub team called me telling me I was messing around and not going to the restaurant as the order apparently had been assigned for a while. Also I got a negative performance for being too quick with deliveries. Yep not joking they believe I deliver the order before I actually deliver it which is not true.
