How it works:
Ordering is really easy. Use the locator or fill in your postal code manually to define where you want the food delivered. Pick your favourite restaurant and dishes. Then, effortlessly pay online or simply pay cash at the door.
Curious when your food will be delivered? You can follow your order from the kitchen to your doorstep via the Food Tracker®! You will also receive 3 messages to update you on the status of your order: one to confirm your order, one to tell you the restaurant is preparing your food, and one when your food is on the way.

Good ordering app
Have been using Thuisbezorgd for the past couple of years and happy with the app. Easy to order and links easily with PayPal.
Not necessarily the best outlets on their own but many super places to order from. Really convenient app and easy to order from.
Have not had much success from the other apps. Thanks again for making delivery so easy!
Recommend Using Any Other Platform
I had the exact same experience as other users which goes back 4+ years.
The app provides no benefit once your food has been order. You cannot track, the time estimates don’t mean anything, and there is no support functionality.
I ordered food and was quoted 45 - 60 minutes. After 2.5 hours + my food still hadn’t arrived. There was no way of reaching the restaurant and thuisbezorgd wouldnt respond either. After days of waiting they responded saying that whatever the restaurant says, goes. I offered proof to show that the food never arrived however as long as the restaurant said they delivered it, no proof was necessary. They then told me if I didn’t like it, I should just contact the restaurant myself and eventually stopped replying to my emails. At this point I had already spoken to the restaurant who had no intentions of giving me my money back because why would they.
If you actually want to receive your food, or would at least like to get your money back if you don’t (which has happened to many users), I would use any other platform, because it will not happen with this company.
Poor application and service
I ordered something from this app, waited watching the tracking from my hotel room and noticed the food hadn’t left the restaurant. One and a half hours later the order still hadn’t left and the restaurant closed. When I looked at reviews on the app I saw this has happened to three other customers. I assumed the app company would sort this out. The next morning the food still showed as undelivered on the app. When I complained they took the side of the restaurant and said the food had been delivered to the hotel lobby. So I ended up with no food, and no refund. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had and so this had to be the first review I also included the background. Avoid this application. Find another alternative.
