Description
With the Lieferando iPhone app, you can order the food you love wherever you are in Germany. From over 37,000 restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores to choose from, you can enjoy everything from burgers, pizza, pasta, sushi, salads and loads more, and get it all delivered to your door.
Need some bits from the supermarket, liquor store or florist? Just open the Lieferando app, choose ‘groceries’ and fill your basket. Whether it’s baby food, diapers, flowers, liquor, beer, wine, beauty products, ice cream, chocolate, milk, fruit and bread, our partners have it all.
How it works:
Ordering is easy. You can either pick a saved address, fill in your postcode/street name or let the app find your location automatically. You can then choose your favourite restaurant or store and select what you fancy. Choose to pay with PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay or another option, or pay with cash when your food gets delivered if the restaurant allows it.
Follow your order to your doorstep:
Track your order from the kitchen or store straight to your doorstep with our Food Tracker®. We'll even send you push notifications to update you about the status of your order. It usually takes 30-45 minutes to deliver your food or groceries.

Based on your feedback, we improved the design. It’s easier than ever to order what you want – from groceries to delicious meals.
There are now more search options and filters, and we also improved the navigation speed.
On top of that, we added new features like:

Access StampCards and Loyalty Points by clicking ‘For you’ in the navigation.

Ratings and Reviews
Just SO easy to use!
We live about 25 minutes to the nearest city and use Lieferando to order Indian food pretty much every Friday or every other Friday. Delivery isn’t quick therefore: about an hour on average. But that’s not Lieferando’s fault and actually ordering using the App is super easy.
Terrible app
The only good thing about the app is that the food is good (nothing to do with the app) and that you can order food (plenty of other apps to choose from). The app is really unresponsive and never shows the right delivery time and is normally so much slower and gives no information of how far they actually are and most of the time the calling function never works so I am almost never notified when the delivery is near or there which is really annoying! The app fails to do the only small task it has of the whole process of ordering food from these places which is just disappointing.

Please note that the delivery times indicated on Lieferando.de are only average times,
However, delivery times may vary depending on the time of day and order situation. You will receive the actual delivery time indicated by our partners separately as a push notification if you have placed the order via the Lieferando.de app.
Furthermore, it is of course the responsibility of the respective restaurant to ensure that the waiting times are adhered to or that you are informed in the event of a later delivery.

Food not delivered and no refund
I use Lieferando since I came to Berlin. I’ve had 11 successful deliveries, all more or less on time and decent quality. The last order I was waiting for almost 2 hours (app said it would be 60min) until I have up and ordered something else. I emailed customer service requesting a refund. The reply was astonishing “we can’t give a refund because the delivery service would suffer a loss” and “the delivery tried to contact me but couldn’t and didn’t find me in the indicated address”. Somehow other 11 deliveries never had that problem. A company that still in 21st century does not put customers satisfaction as a priority. Sad. Will use Uber Eats next time
