App still wont give me access

Update- despite assurances to help by contacting the developers I realise I’m wasting my time as I’ve tried this for 4 months and keep getting slow requests to prove my identity. I do that and hear no more. MYCSP are hopeless and really should not be trusted to manage any pensions.
Currently experiencing a delay in recalculating pension following HMRC payrise dating back to June 2020. Like hundreds of others no information given. Incompetent

Managing the Despite my earlier review suggesting I get in touch to rectify issues I have tried contacting MYCSP by email and phone to explain issue only to be fobbed off that I have no liability in the scheme when I am actually in receipt of a pension. No one seems to understand ow their pension scheme actually works and how to hep their customers. I would like to see direct access to the App developers to report faults, give feedback and get things sorted without hassle. I still cannot get access - please reach out and help?

Compatible with but not optimised for iPad?

Deferred member so now barred from access to ABS on Pension Portal. Only option to get info on ABS is paper. Requested this before the deadline. No ABS sent despite giving info required & receiving an acknowledgement all within timeframe. Normal poor service then but obliged to give an overrated 1 star. Sigh. Perhaps App is my saviour? But wait! What’s this? “Compatible but not ‘optimised’ for iPad.” Is the message; you can download the App to an iPad but it doesn’t work properly so don’t bother? Can anyone translate my title phrase into Plain English please?

Not fully working at the moment

The app is usually okay.
But at the moment, cannot view any benefit statements.

I am happy that my latest benefit statement is not yet available. But what about the earlier annual statements. I cannot obtain any details from the app. Previously I can always see earlier years back to around 2019. Now nothing.

Also Face ID is a bit hit and miss. I keep getting asked if I want to set up Face ID and say yes. However next time I log in I get asked again. I’ve just re-downloaded the app as Apple offloaded it. And the Face ID seems to be working more reliably now. But as above there is no scheme info showing.

Also it would be good to have an up to date partial retirement calculator. The one on the website only allows for classic or legacy schemes.
