Brilliant life support
I wish I had come across this in my twenties, how different life may have been. The teachings of Dr Yapko are so valuable and relevant and delivered in a way that develops your thinking.
Claria makes it really easy to listen regularly or dip in and out. I would prefer to move at my own pace through the programme, although I understand there is power in creating the space to listen daily.
The learning you could gain from Claria is truly priceless. Dr Yapko is sharing knowledge that would probably cost thousands to access through other avenues. And the most wonderful thing is that he delivers it in such a personal way, it feels like he is there with you. That’s a rare thing to achieve with an app. My deepest thanks to Dr Yapko and all the team at Claria.
Great content but you can't go at your own pace
I really like the content and format of this app. Unfortunately, if you miss a day it automatically moves you onto the next day which means that you're less inclined to go at your own pace. This is a shame given that some of the learn by doing exercises need more than one day and would quickly become excessive if you're having to remember to include these exercises from the previous days.
