Super helpful app!

Great app! Would be fantastic if all museums started using it - would male museum visits much easier and simpler to arrange.

App is full of bugs and doesn't work well

I bought the audio guide for Sintra and had to download this app. It took ages on data roaming to download the tour and it was complicated to do and used lots of data while
roaming abroad. If a museum or historical site wishes visitors to use this service they should provide free Wi-Fi. The Sintra tour needs to be improved as some of the rooms had no audio description even when they were supposed to have one according to the room information boards.

Poor execution doesn’t allow audio-only

I got this app and bought the guide for Pena Palace in Sintra, Portugal. The guide forces you to have it open and active. You cannot turn off your screen and put phone in pocket. You cannot switch to camera, you cannot do anything other than listen while holding the phone up in front of you. Very invasive and ruins the experience, not to mention draining phone battery.
