Great app but ….

The app is great and easy to use but once you’ve made a booking it’s impossible to cancel it which I found out for the first time today! Often I make a booking and see there’s only 2 spaces left for swimming and when I arrive there’s only a couple of people there. This is most likely because they aren’t able to cancel their booking when they can no longer attend which gives the impression the pool is full when in fact it’s not. A few times I haven’t gone because I thought it was full!

At first I was a bit apprehensive to download the app as my friend said she couldn’t get it to work when she first logged in, but after I found that the club had told her the incorrect way of how to login as you are meant to use the unique link that the club gives to you and not just download the app first. Now i feel like it is one of the best apps around, it makes booking my classes a doddle and I can now purchase things like PT Sessions and additional classes that are not part of my membership in seconds, I can see when the club is quiet or busy, and I can even watch prerecorded classes on there if I decide to do a class from home, thank you ClubRight I love it xx

No longer working after update

Another unhappy customer, like others I found that the previous version did the job. Have tried to log in and the app says will only run on version 13 of iPhone and not 12.5.4 however the App Store says works on 10.0 and upwards, unfortunately this is my only way of booking into the gym so now I have no way to use my gym membership at all, or scan in for sessions, as required. Are the app developers going to refund my gym membership payments?

Thanks for your feedback and we are sad that the initial experience of the New Member App was not as you would have liked, which will be related to set up issues which can easily be resolved for you.
We can confirm that if you were to contact the club you are a member of who use our software, there were some set up issues that did effect some customers, which we apologise for but were all resolved very quickly.

If the issue does continue ask your club to contact us so that we can assist them resolve it as the the last thing we want to see a customer not enjoying the New App.
