Have now been member for over 8 years and always find the staff so very helpful and pleasant , nothing is too much trouble. Throughout the pandemic particularly I saw that they worked together as a great team as usual by keeping the place running , making changes following gov guidelines and keeping the customers / staff safe in such challenging & difficult times 🙌🏼well done Bannatyne’s 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Only tried app for the first time. I used my iPhone and wanted to book classes and spa treatments.

Class booking section easy to find,
No description of classes, level of fitness suitable etc
Only a few days in advance availability to book which makes it virtually impossible to attend a class regularly.

Looked at booking spa treatments.
Having to choose location. My desired location was last In The list. This was covered by the cookies window. I refused to accept cookies and chose the other option. Moved to a new page where I could select options for cookies but no option to proceed to my selection.
I had to return and was obliged to accept cookies I wanted to proceed with my location selection.

Once I chose my desired location I’m moved to a page with details of the location but no possibility to book through the app.

So having spend a while on the app this evening it hasn’t served me as couldn’t achieve any of my two intentions of booking a class and spa treatments.

So I’m pretty disappointed.

On a different note I have seen members offers. This refers to product deals.
I was hoping that the suggested 50% off my first spa treatment at time of joining would be available on my members offers on the app, but that was also nowhere to be found.

The white icons over the photo on home page are hard to see - harder probably for those with accessibility issues.
What you want to do (the top things people do) should be easy to find in the hamburger menu.
I’m still struggling to find a list of all classes and what they’re about without going straight to book, and no opening times, pool times.
Booking is easy when you get that far. But wish it expanded to iPad screen instead of just staying mobile size?
