Not very good

Decent attempt but the app is in its infancy. Super basic and super slow to load. Takes an additional screen to navigate and tap different section to even access the first stage of your account but the worse is the fact that you need to wait three times longer when compared to when I log in using the desktop browser. Should be the other way around and the app should be snappy and super fast. It’s not even an actual full on app as it takes me to the same log in screen I see on my desktop when I log in so this is a fail because the actual account is not properly integrated into the app. Not to mention the name lol Coll8 when in fact I’m using it t check my pension with L&G - must be a logical sense somewhere perhaps. Do now, I will be defaulting back to the desktop usual fast log in and access as this app is a bit of an embarrassment for 2023. Don’t even want to hear about how SECURE this actually is lol

It might work for you but it needs work

This app use to work and when it did work then it generally gave me basics I needed to review my account. Some months ago though it just gave up with some continuous logon error, I did call the help desk and the answer was to reset my password across my account which they did but the app never worked again even after reinstalls etc.

Like the title says this app might work for you but across the board it needs investment and effort to work reliably across devices.

I would be wrong but I suspect that’s the problem organisations don’t want to talk to customers or invest in making flaky apps better as it costs money, just my experience and views not intended to be unbiased in anyway.

useless app

Useless app, downloaded this, it was confusing that it offers options to authenticate using my account and pention account number. Also you have to sign up to the app as well as signing up for my account on the web.
I signed up to the app, but then found they haven't taken account of accessibility needs of customers, I am blind and can't use the VoiceOver accessibility feature which is standard in all ios products to enter my date of birth. So I got some help to do this. The app said it authenticated me, but shows me nothing related to my pention and still shows the getting started service. Utterly useless.
