An app which lost the only benefit it had
This app was always inferior to the website, however you could use face or fingerprint ID to quickly login and check and administer some aspects of your accounts, which made it worth having.
For the past several months though, the app requires you to login via the website every time, even though it’s setup to use Face ID, making it effectively useless.
So don’t bother installing this; just carry on using the website, which gives you more detail anyway.
Awful App
Truly awful app solution. Still requires a manual login before using face recognition - every time. 2 factor authentication hardly works 2 times in every 10. Really can’t think of any reasonable to say about this. Useless to the point of annoyance.
Great App when functioning
Hi there,
Have really liked using this app but the 3.1.8 version is not displaying any accounts. There is just a blank home page with only my name. It was been like this for a while - I have tried to call but no response. Please let me know if it is possible to fix this.
