The CONfidence enables people with bladder and bowel leakage to find useful information, self-care tips and links to support - all in one place.

The app was developed in collaboration between the Bristol Health Partners Bladder and Bowel Confidence (BABCON) Health Integration Team and Expert Self Care Ltd, and co-produced with public contributors, topic experts, charities and other partners.

Use the app to feel supported, get tips for everyday life and find support when you need it:

- Self-care: Know what you can do yourself to look after your physical and mental health
- Practical tips: Develop skills to help you handle challenging situations and everyday problems

Great self help info and advice for bladder and bowel leakage or incontinence

Easy to access info and support advice on prevention, causes, treatment and management of bladder and bowel leakage or incontinence. Lists support groups for adults, young people and children and encourages the user to seek clinical advice. There is a pelvic floor video which explains how our pelvic floor works and how to keep it in shape. Excellent app.

Very useful app

This is a very helpful app for anyone suffering from bladder and bowel incontinence - highly recommended.
One small enhancement would be to extend the explanation on pelvic floor exercises, which whilst clear is rather female focused, and would be helped by broadening to include tips for men.

Excellent info and signposting

This app is full of excellent information and signposting for families caring for children with a continence problem. Highly recommend.
