Would give 5 star if only

Would gladly give 5 star review since is by a mile one of the best, other companies such as the motorway ones is just a nightmare to charge more expensive and takes longer.
The only downfall with CK is that a lot of aholes with diesel or petrol cars are parked on the charging spots and CK fails to do something about it!!!!!

Latest update fixed all issues

Latest update has now fixed the issues I had reported previously (see below). The app is now useful and working as it should. Thanks.

Issues fixed:
- Clicking on “check price details” does nothing.
- app won’t let you load up details of a distant charge point. You keep being harassed by the “Recommended Nearby” pop up. It makes the map completely useless since you cannot look up charge points that are not near you.

Updated response. Thanks again for the information. We have discovered the issue. If you go to Accessibility Settings > Motion > Reduce Motion and switch it off, this will fix the issue. We will endeavour to fix this minor bug soon, but switching off the setting will resolve the problem in the meantime. Thanks, and apologies again for the inconvenience.

Both charger and app are temperamental

I use a home charger supplied by ConnectedKerb, and it frequently drops offline requiring me to re-set the charger. Also, the app seems to work sporadically - sometimes I find in the morning the car simply hasn’t charged for some reason, and other times the app thinks I’m in a charging session when I’m not. Also, the helpline provided is for public chargers only, so they’re unable to help with any issues I experience, requiring me to email their customer support and hence get slower responses to issues. Unfortunately for me I’m locked in using their service and app.

We've been doing some firmware updates that should fix these issues but please get in touch at support@connectedkerb.com and ask to be connected with our Product Owner Stephen so that we can investigate and help fix your home charger problem. Also, our customer services are there for all customers. We have also reported this issue you had so it should not happen again.
