Just got charged twice even though the app/charger failed to even work. Impossible to charge. Impossible to recover forgotten passwords. Even the Call Support link doesn't work. Trying to do this in the rain outside a hospital watching precious visiting hours time with an unwell family member ticking away is a truly sickening experience. Have triggered a chargeback and will be submitting a complaint to their payment provider for fraudulent activity. Apple should ban this rubbish from the App Store, it lets down the whole ecosystem.

Went to use chargers at Riverside, Norwich. Instructions on chargers clearly say tap card, select charger, plug in. Tapped several different credit card. Each time error message saying wrong card, try again. Tried using app instead. App said no chargers at Riverside (even though I’m looking at a row of them!). Finally attempted plugging in charger FIRST (contrary to instructions) and was prompted to tap card. It then started charging the car! So app was useless and instructions on the charger were wrong.

Spent the better part of 25 minutes and 3 attempts to get the car to charge with the app. Kept saying card declined after already confirming via bank to allow it to work. Parked elsewhere then got a notification to say they have attempted to take £45 out 3 times! Was on charge for approximately 30 seconds. Absolutely outrageous. Will not use again.

Tried to use a destination charger. Forced to download the app, then attempting to charge as guest led me to need to enter my details multiple times because either the infrastructure lost connection or I apparently plugged the cable in too soon? Also no Apple Pay. Just not the walk-up experience you expect. Plus the price per kWh is a rip-off.
