Taxis always late
What’s the point in having a pre book system if they don’t come for when you booked them?
Fantastic service
I used the app today it’s absolutely brilliant ! and so safe as it tracks were you are on the app as your traveling,
The car came within minutes the driver I had was called stefan kangara he was so pleasant he helped with the doors and the shopping into the car and out :) what I find very rare these days , super impressed with my experience with the star car app cost and most importantly the service 👍👍
App Unfit for Purpose
This app is unable to correctly price journeys or take pre-payment. The company appears to believe this makes it acceptable for their cabs to either turn up late or not turn up at all. If they do turn up they’ll charge you double the price quoted on the app. I suspect they only actually assign a cab once you call the automated line to check why your car hasn’t turned up.
I suggest avoiding Star Cars until they build an app that allows a customer to agree a price, reserve a taxi in advance of their journey and pay for it on the app.
