Description
Come home to Cosy with the help of our super smart heating controller. Cosy is a portable, wireless thermostat that simplifies heating control using an app. Thanks to the Cosy App, you and your family can control your heating and hot water from anywhere - using your smartphone, tablet or PC.
Psst! You’ll need to buy a Cosy system for the app to work. For hot water and twin-zone heating you’ll need to have Cosy set up for this.
Please note: you’ll need to update to the newest version of this app to unlock some of our latest (and greatest!) future features – like temperature graphs – more info below.
Customised heat settings

Take your pick of our four heating, then sit back, relax and let Cosy do the rest. Choose from:
• Slumber - the temperature you'd like your home to be when you're asleep or away from home.
• Comfy - the temperature you'd like it to be when you're at home
• Cosy - the warmest temperature setting for when you need a good ol’ heat boost.
• Hibernate - keeps your heating off but protects your pipes against frost. Hey presto - no burst pipes!
Extra Cosy features: hot water and twin zone

It’s now even easier to tailor Cosy to your home’s heating set-up. Cosy can control your hot water as well as multiple heating zones. All heating events - home and water - can be controlled, scheduled and boosted from the app or the Cosy Display. Easy peasy!

Ratings and Reviews
This app has problems
I have used the Cosy app over the years on my iPhone, iPad and Alexa.
This winter it has failed on my iPad as it will not accept the password. I also cannot set it up on Alexa for the same reason. Unfortunately despite several messages to and from the developers they still cannot solve the problem which should be very easy to correct. I have never had these problems on any of my other apps.
At least it works on my iPhone. Have given up on trying on other devices. Such a shame as the Cosy system has been working well for the many years I’ve had it installed.
Bit clunky
Although simple, there could be just a couple of more tweaks to make it better. You can only have 3 temp settings - I’d like to just be able to set a temperature for a set amount of time sometimes and go with that. The wheels you have to use to set your 3 temperature ranges are awkward and you have to change one before the other, making it annoying to just change one quickly.
Also, quite often when you are close to your max temp and the app states that the heating is on, it isn’t, so radiators are cold but the max temperature has not been reached, so you have to boost to the next range. Bit annoying.
Cosy good but not the best
The cosy heating system is great but the app lets it down. The smart thermostat is great and being able to control your heating where ever you are is great. But there’s no home kit support and smart plugs are expensive if you want to control very basic lighting with it. Compared to some other systems is extremely basic and doesn’t let you do much. But if you just want to control heating you can’t go wrong with this system. App is clunky and basic but it does work more smart home features and accessories would be better.
