I have been using for a couple of months now, you can deposit cash into the app and buy bitcoin, ethereum, doge and loads of other coins. It has nice charts and tables to track your funds. Transactions are quick, no messing around. You have to work out how to send money direct from your account to avoid 2.99 fees which kick in after 30 days on card transfers. It is easy to swap coins and also easy to swap back to real currency and transfer to you bank account (can take 2/3 days). Only slight criticism is that it can slow down when the market is very busy, but this is likely the same with other others binance, coinbase etc. All in all a good experience and slick and easy to use interface, similar to using my HSBC banking app.

Stay away from this app! All they will do is get you to deposit your money and then find every possible way to hold onto that money and keep it. I have had the app for over 2 weeks now and was enjoying it at first doing a few trades which was making me some profit but once I have gone to sell my crypto I noticed my ‘fiat wallet’ was set to euro which i really didn’t get as my address was in Great Britain and that’s where my card was being sent, everything I had set up was set up to Great Britain. I had deposited 2.5k in GREAT BRITISH POUNDS yet my fiat wallet was set to EURO. Anyway I contacted a member of there team thinking this would get resolved straight away to which I was told I need to change my phone number in order to get a GBP fiat wallet which in my opinion seems abit ridiculous as I knew I would have to wait however I done so anyway to which this did absolutely nothing and I still do not have the option to add a new currency to my fiat wallet. I have been going back and fourth for the past 6 days trying to sort this issue out and the last 3 days I have multiple messages as I want my money back and every message has been ignored! Please please do not download this app. Use another platform to trade!!!! You will get scammed one way or another

It has everything you need from plenty of crypto currency’s to buy sell trade, to Visa cards and a lot of prepayment vouchers worldwide you can use or gift to earn crypto as rewards for what you spend.I’d of gave it a 5* but I got referred deposited the 300 of crypto into my account but cannot still get the $25 sign up bonus, as apparently you need to stake the £300 for 3/6 months well I didn’t stake as wasn’t made clear when I signed up but the £300 has never left and have over that in my account now so should really get my sign up bonus, not have to state another £300 crypto to get the rewards, even though it would give me the higher Visa card with better rewards when used.Also could try get the currency out ASAP so we can get in early to enjoy the early price boost or keep us informed what crypto coming on soon and when so be can be ready to buy or option to pre order crypto currency’s before release. Plus more coin options to state and make well hopefully a profit, Great addition would be news warning or crashes corrections or reminders to buy that dip, yes I know you can set individual alerts on crypto prices, but adding a news alert update would be handy to save us going on multiple other sites to get the information (keep us wanting to find best info available at crypto. Com. Overall very happy with site easy to use for all levels of investment, just a few tweaks to make it a top class app.

I am using this app this almost 4months & invested a bit, the overall user experience is good and works well in transfer funds but the big issue is it’s not stable and at several occasions it takes huge time to upload (approx between 5mins-2hours). I have lost some trade opportunities and lost money several time because I couldn’t buy crypto on time due to this technical issue and price rocketed later..this is serious problem and I checked with other friends in different location or Cities and they were facing the same problem at same time..developer have to really work on their network stability & down time otherwise I am surely moving in a month or so to other crypto app to future trade and taking all my investment out from here ... and pretty sure many will soon if this continues...hope this bugs resolves at lighting speed by company and I don’t have to move as it’s pain on both ends....also customer service response via chat is too slow and the chatbot is worst to understand your request..it’s quite frustrating..
