We all know that water is essential to our health, 2/3 of body is consists of water, yet most of us unknowingly suffer from chronic dehydration, this is a underlying cause of many illnesses. To most of us, we are always too busy to drink water, or we only drink water when we feel thirsty, that’s too late if so, thirst is signal which our body warn us that our body have lost water balance, and the cells have already dehydrated to serious situation.
Water plays a very important role in our body, it transports nutrients and oxygen into cells, regulates body temperature, helps with metabolism and so on, drinking enough water can help us lose weight, look younger with healthier skin, less likely to get sick, helps in digestion and constipation, relieves fatigue, have a good mood, reduce the risk of cancer and more.
While it is not to say that the more water your drink, the healthier you will be, too much water will also hurt your health, especially for those who suffer from heart disease, hypertension, nephrosis, edema and so on, drinking a healthy amount of water and drink water in right time is vital to your health.

This is a good little app
If you want something simple that will remind you throughout the day in a persistent and encouraging way this is a good one to choose. Since using it I've gone from drinking nothing to often up to 8×200 mL water per day. On the days when I don't drink enough trying to beat my previous goal is enough to get back on it. This definitely works for me.
Would have been 5* but...
This latest update has broken the Apple Watch App connection...
Every day the Watch App loses connection with my iPhone. The fix?: to toggle “Show App on Apple Watch” Off... to unload it, and then On again to load it back into the Apple Watch. The watch App then works fine until the next day when connection is lost again and I have to go through the same thing again... and again... and again - every day.
Hope they fix it or I’ll move to another App.
Simple App, which does what it says
Wanting to drink more water as part of being a bit more healthy & active I downloaded this app to give me a target.
Minimal alerts & popups & with all the customisation you should need: target glasses, ml in a glass, metric/imperial units &, more importantly, it just shares the data with Health. FITIV (fitness app) collects this & displays it.
Even backup to Dropbox works fine too.
