Simple, effective workout app

I love this app. I’ve been using it for a couple of years, mainly the arm and abs programs. The workouts have 10 simple exercises that you do for 30, 45 or 60 seconds each and there are 3 different workouts for each program. The instructions are clear and the exercises are easy to follow (but not always easy to complete; some are very challenging!). You need weights for many of the routines. There is no music, so you can play your own in the background. I have seen a massive improvement in my muscle tone. This is my go-to app when I want to sculpt my body

Loving this app, purchased it as I've broken my foot and unable to get to the gym/ my usual classes at the moment!
Lots of great exercises to choose from (as I'm unable to weight bear on my foot currently)
10/10 and I'll keep using it even when I've recovered as with this I can squeeze a few routines in before work too.

Why have you removed the original 10 minte videos?

I have used this app for over 5 years and loved the original 10 minute targeted Barre and Total Body Circuit. They worked a treat and wee enjoyable. 10 minutes was the perfect time to be easily slotted throughout the day. Now all the videos contain extremely advanced yoga poses, not the mix of cardio, pilates and training that have been before. If I wanted yoga I wold have purchased the yoga app. Please bring these 10 minute videos back. This was a 5 star app now it’s just a 2. Very Unhappy.
