It cheaper then those popular cabs like bolt is £8 or £16 pounds you would use data cars because you can use cash always there in time faster
and it’s always got a car for you but with bolt it take 5 minutes to get your driver. Data cars are the best

Absolutely disgusted with the data cars service!
As a teenager onwards data cars was always the best cab firm around with fair pricing and great service. How that Uber and bolt are available I always prefer to use a local company however data cars has proved not only to be able to keep prices competitive but the service is terrible and we are falsely reassured with speaking to an operator in times of need to find it is often a sarcastic rude individual who always finds an excuse for the disgusting service customers are receiving! Loyal customers are lured in with a vip points scheme hi where ever journey earns you points towards a free journey yet have it’s been informed by a driver of data that once they are aware it is a points earned journey no driver will accept as they don’t receive any payment for that journey and who can blame them? Which self employed driver would? They make it impossible to claim the journey! Drivers always cancel and when I’ve challenged this the head office has said I’ve cancelled even though I havnt and claimed and it must of been a technical error! Disgusting! I will be posting this on all socials!

I booked a cab to collect my mum from the airport one hour after the flight was due to ensure she had enough time to come through customs and baggage claim.
The driver arrives before the flight lands (1 hour before the booked time)! I call and I’m assured no waiting time will be charged then I’m charged £6 waiting.
Supervisor tells me that the policy is to wait up to 45 minutes after a flight arrives despite me booking the cab 1 hour after the arrival time.
I was put through to a complaints line which they have never responded to in the past when I have tried to raise issues, so I was so upset I persevered with calls all morning until eventually one of the managers agreed to give me my refund.
With all the trouble I’ve had with them over the past year ( cancelled bookings without notice; arriving too early or much too late without notice) I doubt I’ll use them again as there are much more value for money taxi firms available with better customer service.
