Fantastic concept, the future of local fresh food!

I think this app is brilliant, a fantastic concept for fresh food creators to get out in the market! Nice and easy to use as a whole, used the chat and contact the seller, nice and easy!

Ordered one thing so far, no complaints and I ppl forward to having a browse every so often for new drops!

Terrible service! Deleted my account!

Terrible service, basically if you don’t send them free goods to try they won’t list your items for the general public to purchase but then if you look at some products bundles being sold from DELLI themselves it seems they are other peoples products who obviously send freebies. Thought you where supposed to be testing them not selling them. When you email them to find out why your products aren’t browsable they just ignore your emails, I’ve sent over 8 emails now and they have been ignored, they where happy to help in the beginning until you don’t send them freebies to “try”! I’m starting to understand why an app that’s been around for over a year only has a handful of sellers selling on it!

Decent idea, needs lots of work

I feel like this is a decent idea that needs a ton of work. The app is so unintuitive at the moment - it just seems to show you random products and makers that are not necessarily in your vicinity or not currently offering products. The idea of ‘drops’ is not explained anywhere, and you have to click on each product to see when and where it will be available and if it will even deliver to you - some are pick-up only. Essentially unusable in this state but it would be great if it one day shows a map, or allows you to order from various makers and collect from a central pickup point.

Regarding your point around delivery … Have you seen the new ‘National Delivery’ search button in the header of the app - this may help you whilst we work hard to make the app a more customisable experience for everyone.
