Description

Get chef-quality groceries with revolutionary flavour delivered straight to your door.

We exist to fix the food system. Seek out flavour and you will find radical seasonality, real transparency and dietary (and ecosystem) diversity.

NATOORA

For almost two decades we have replaced a broken, opaque food system with a transparent supply chain, building a community of small-scale growers and independent producers who put flavour first. By connecting them with chefs in the most influential restaurants across London, Paris, New York, Miami, Copenhagen, Malmö and Melbourne, we have shifted food habits across the globe. Today, we bring the same produce to you at home.

APP FEATURES

Natoora - Good. App - Bad.

Have been getting deliveries of Natoora produce for almost three years and they never disappoint on the food front. However, the app itself has much to be desired. It’s gone through several iterations and since the most recent update, I am unable to add things to my basket or they disappear as soon as I add them, rendering the app totally unusable. It’s a shame, as I really do think what Natoora is doing is brilliant, but the poor user experience on the App is a real barrier.

How to be your own chef and reduce use of packaging!

Given all the unforgiving reviews for this app, I would love to share a bit of background and my personal experience. Natoora’s home delivery was re-introduced in the first weeks of the pandemic via a basic app that had very basic features but meant that you were getting fresh and delicious products every week at a time where going to the supermarket would take an 1 hour and didn’t feel safe. Since then they have continuously improved the app and seeked for feedback from users. It’s not perfect but you can now view your total cart and know how much you will pay. Their customer service is also very responsive and approachable. So yes maybe they are spending more time on the food revolution and less on the user experience, but one lesson from the pandemic is maybe that treating our planet requires a little bit more effort but companies that seek to do the right thing should be supported..

Useless sub beta app stupid prices terrible service

This app is not fit for purpose. No order history no payment details no security worth mentioning and they can’t manage stock levels to save themselves.

I ordered: they took the honey off the order without any mention of it. They didn’t actually have any bread though they said it was available, and it was available on the app now. Same for my blood orange juice. Same for the honey. They switched a £7 vinegar for a £20 bottle without asking. They charge for delivery even though the prices are all very high. With 4 hour windows. They don’t accept replies to emails as if they’re some multi national company and not some middle class hobby. Complete waste of my time and frankly an insult to the food producers and we consumers alike. Absolute state really. App deleted. Not fit for purpose. Seems like it’s a new operation but not even. Posh fool money mess.
