We began shopping with Riverford a little over 2 years ago, app users for the last few months. We are big fans of the company’s entire ethos, and when you combine that with delicious fresh organic produce and customer service you get a fantastic experience. Their packaging is top notch, we always get a little recipe leaflet about veggies in our weekly box with instructions on storage and cooking. Worth checking out their entire catalogue of products from meats to other farm pantry items!

Fresh high quality produce , locally grown with an ethical ethos. Riverford excels on all fronts. Baffling anything less than five stars on this review because companies that walk their talk are hard to come by. Also as a vulnerable person Riverford have gone beyond themselves to help ensure people have food during this coronavirus pandemic. Beyond greatful
5* on iPhone, just 2* on iPad
First of all, the app works great. My regular orders, account info and main categories are all easier & faster to access than the website. For a first release it’s really good and I see no need to go back to the website.
The design & layout looks great on iPhone (both my SE & my partner’s X max), but I do nearly everything on my iPad. Functionally everything is there but layout needs redesigning for the bigger screen (especially a landscape view). As much as I dislike Facebook, their iPad app has great layout & functionality in both portrait & landscape.
I’m sure these improvements will come in future updates.
