Thanks to all those that have been using our app and arranging doorstep deliveries through their phone. We’ve heard all your feedback and are looking to improve the Milk & More app further and further over the coming months.
New in this release
•We have added in a full postcode check and registration journey to the app, so you no longer need to visit the website to start using Milk & More.
•Password resets can now be generated directly via the app.
•We have fixed a bug which prevented those with upper case emails or certain characters in passwords from logging in
•We have fixed a bug which was causing baskets to disappear after being amended

Great service let down by app
Am new to M&M and love the products and deliveries. But the app is v frustrating and keeps crashing when you try to place an order. It would also be easier if
- it saved your CVV so you just 1-click confirm
- you could view recently ordered products to make it easier to find favourites (I searched for ‘milk’ the other day and it said no matching products!)
- if you add something to your order it seems to cancel the original order until you confirm the entire basket, which is a bit painful (as it crashes when paying and you then lose the original order)
If I can find a similar company with a better app I would swap as this is so frustrating to use it takes the joy out of it.
Click the link to request a new password and the email they send takes ages to arrive. By which time I’ve requested it again, and of course the original link then arrives but has expired because they’ve sent another reset link. Other companies send the password reset link immediately, why is Milk and More stuck in the digital dark age? Now I’ve got the password the app works like a dream, really easy to use and so upgraded my review from 1 star to 5
Better than website but still poor
The app was due to be a welcome change from the M&M dire website with really poor functionality, and it is an improvement from a user point of view, but crashes every time I want to checkout so I can’t actually order or amend anything. Back to the website then....maybe I can also find away to stop the pointless emails telling me amendments have been made needlessly and then even track down a way of contacting them directly that isn’t by premium rate phone or by letter. It’s 2019 after all.
