I like it so much! If you don’t need much internet traffic every month, it’s would be cheaper to buy from a DENT than from an local mobile operator. For example 1GB for 1 year! cost you only $9,99 and you can you use it almost everywhere in the world. But unlimited calls you can have from physical local sim card without internet. So both sim cards works at the same time. eSIM for internet, another sim for calls, texts. Profit!

Useful app but could be refined
Good app overall, I was able to use it in Portugal and planning on using it again in the future. The fact you can resell data is useful as long as you get it sold on the marketplace. However when buying DENT with bitcoin it takes longer than expected and desired for the DENT to go into to your account. It arrived in my account on the tail end of my trip to Portugal.
I was also thinking it could be useful to see how much data you have left offline so for example there could be a way to open the app and see how much data there is remaining without needing to be connected. Also, if possible 4G could be a bit faster than it currently is. But overall and most importantly the app works which would be useful in an emergency situation or for just wanting data went abroad.
Love the idea, but not quite there yet
I love the principle of this app. For me being able to sell my unused data for Dent tokens to someone elsewhere in the world that is need of some is genius. I can also see the advantage towards buying some when abroad rather than paying high data roaming charges.
However that being said the app just doesn’t work for me right now. I seem to only be able to buy data within the US and Mexico (perhaps this is because my carrier hasn’t signed up for the service or it’s not supported in the UK yet and therefore my UX might be different if I lived in one of those countries) and I’m only able to buy data off of an existing contact in my address book. I’m also unable to sell anything which would be my main goal using this app as I have usually 10-15GB of my data allowance unused each month.
This app would work so much better if it connected me with strangers who are trying to buy or sell data for Dent tokens otherwise it seems too limited - I’m unlikely to know which of my friends needs to buy data at any given time.
Also there is no way of transferring Dent off the app to another cryptocurrency wallet which could be a huge barrier to mass adoption.
I hope Dent fix these problems as this would make the app amazing, and I would happily change my rating if the app worked for everyone.
