Editors’ Notes

Whether you’re a local or just visiting, music fans needn’t gamble on securing tickets to the hottest concerts and festivals in the UK. From monster headliners at London’s O2 Arena to an up-and-coming songstress at a corner club, Dice connects fans to their favourite musical acts with a slick, beautiful app that makes booking tickets a snap—and without additional fees. Sold-out show? Just hop on the waiting list and get an alert if tickets become available.

Best support service.

Best support service out of any app or website I’ve ever used. Responses are both fast and actually coherent-do not need an oxford dictionary to decode. The responses are also always kind, like they often say how they hope the concert all goes well etc. The app itself is pretty good, notifications for upcoming tickets are incredibly useful. You can receive both a push notification and a text, life saviour. The waiting list itself is a holy grail, and that’s for both spare ticket holders and those anxiously waiting.
Just remember to have a full battery on the day of the concert because otherwise your tickets are non-existent (my tip: portable charger)
Besides that, I would highly recommend. Because any problems you have with the app, you can say and they will quickly be resolved by the support team.

Haven’t refund me after more than a month

A gig was cancelled and for some reason I didn’t get the refund. Via email I was told they hadn’t been able to refund my credit card (details haven’t been changed) and asked me for my bank details and said they’d transfer the money there. This was on the 7th and the money is still not on my account and no one is getting back to me via email anymore. It’s absurd. There is no other way to contact them and I don’t know how to get my money back from them!

Your reply here doesn’t help. Someone was replying to my emails very promptly, so the issue was being dealt with and out of nowhere they stopped replying. Now I have had no contact whatsoever from anyone in your team for weeks. And I still don’t have the refund. Whoever was dealing with my case just simply decided to ignore it. It’s absurd. You’ve had my original credit card details and my bank details to transfer the money to. And it’s impossible to get in touch with you any other way. I’m really upset about this and wanted to use you to get tickets for a new gig but how can I do so when I’m being ignored by customer services and not refunded the amount of money I’m owed?

Developer Response ,

Hey there, we're so sorry for the delay. Our team is extremely busy, but we'll make sure you get a reply regarding your refund asap. Thank you so much for your patience in the meantime.
