Easy Order: St Austell Brewery 17+

Extremely welcoming staff. Very chatty and friendly. Beautiful surroundings and views from the window looking straight out onto the water/beach front. Came for a coffee and few quiet beers and would definitely recommend for all as well as families with small children.

What a nightmare! We only wanted a drink, you shouldn’t have to go through such a long drawn out process just to get a drink. Also, I would have loved to hear some recommendations about gin drinks available but none of this normal service is available as you have to order from an app from a pre set menu and so there is no deviation from this. Drinks finally arrived after 15 mins, not great, didn’t like the wine but had no recourse as paid through app and nobody to speak to. Went up the hill to Millhouse, so much more accommodating , very friendly, took cash, personal service, so much better

Not a bad star, but the app needs to remove the promotions from the final price BEFORE you confirm the order.

It was not clear if the discounts would be removed so we failed to complete the purchase, so we went to the bar and the bar staff did not know how to use it either!

Worked better the second time but I am waiting for my order. Oh the kids drink has turned up as if by magic.
