Ecotricity 4+

Over the years I’ve had some terrible service from various energy suppliers. Ecotricity are hands down the best supplier I’ve ever used! Easy to record my actual gas & electricty usage each month, and pay for exactly what I’ve used, using the easy to follow and very handy app on my mobile phone. Regular text messages remind me to submit my readings, let me know when my bill is ready to view and remind me to pay! I also receive the occasional email updating me on what is going on in the world of utility billing, to keep me fully updated and in the loop. Thank you Ecotricity!! Keep up the good work- Great service!

Excellent, clean electricity provider. That to the provision of clean electricity. (5 stars) Currently, I shouldn’t go anywhere else.

This to the company: 1) tel communication with staff apparently friendly and forthcoming, but consecutively unresponsive, e.g. a matter was raised re UKPN’s niggle re meterbox gauge of wires used and this being the responsibility of the provider, and the provider (you) agreed in a friendly manner over the phone but then no comeback even after emails: we got our own electrician to do this at the eleventh hour (minus 1 star) … 2) Why is the app no longer showing full billing and reading history in Your Activity; this was a very practical little device indeed re one’s own statistics (minus 1 star): might wanna try reinstalling the app.

Carry on improving, guys! You’re up against something very much equating an ethical-crime cartel enjoying anything from a tiny little thumbscrew to going to war (plus 2 stars)

If only every bill I had to pay was as easy as this. This App is so sleek and fine tuned. It’s one or two clicks to do all; meter readings or pay.
Honestly it’s the main reason I’m with Ecotricity!
I was with them for a while, then moved house and just kept the supplier in the new place. OMG! What a mess. Estimates and paper bills. So went back to Ecotricity! I only do meter reading (soooo easy on the App) and then a few days later only pay for what I’ve used. They don’t keep my money on their account. I keep it on mine.
It’s fair. It’s prompt. It’s easy. Can’t recommend it enough!
