Won’t work
I’ve had this app for a while now and it had been working brilliant. It is now saying that the pin I’m entering is invalid. Went to reset pin/password and when I enter my new pin in it keeps saying invalid. There is now no option for me to try and redo it. It’s very frustrating!
Won’t let me log in says needs updating but App Store says up to date
When this app worked it was great, easy to use and user friendly but now it comes up to say needs updating and won’t let me log in but iOS App Store says it’s up to date. Also I was disappointed on the my details tab you can’t update emergency contact details yet that’s available on the website version. The app needs to have this added. Also it needs to let us log in regardless of the version it says it needs as iOS won’t update it!
What happened?
This app used to be brilliant.
Now every time I go to use it, it says my session has timed out and I have to re-enter my email and password, even if I only leave the app for a few seconds. Previously, I only ever had to put my PIN number in! What’s worse, you’re still required to enter a PIN number, which is just a completely redundant feature if you have to enter your email and password every single time! It’s so frustrating!
