Very simple app. I’d accidentally download an alternative co-op app which allowed a card to be added to the Wallet on my iPhone. I have this app is not allowing to do it. It seems crazy to have a separate card for every member of the family, when the shopping is done by one member for everybody. I can download the Costa card for me and my wife I’m the same account and I can’t download the cop card. You should design an app at least matches what’s available with other apps or a similar nature. Please please add it to the Wallet on iPhone, it’s easy to find how to go into your appeach time. We open the wallet to make the payment so why not have the loyalty card there as well.

Nice to be able to have the facility to have my card in an app but so annoying I have to enter a PIN number every time I use it and as others have said you can’t add it to the Apple Wallet. Wouldn’t recommend at this time until the above issues are sorted.

Pin entry, no Apple wallet and keeps logging me out

I’d echo other people’s comments about the PIN entry being very annoying as well as the lack of Apple wallet support. More annoyingly this app keeps logging me out. I don’t know my membership number off by hand so I cannot log back in and collect my points at the till so have to ask the staff to save the points to enter in manually on the website later!! Found myself just carrying my physical card again as the app just isn’t fit for purpose right now. As soon as Apple wallet support comes in I’ll start reusing it again but until then it’s more of a pain than just carrying the card!

Thanks for getting in touch and for your feedback on the app. Touch ID is something we're looking at currently and several people have suggested that integration with Apple wallet would be useful so this is something we'd look at too. I'm sorry to hear the app keeps signing you out. We're only aware of one instance when you would have been required to sign in again and that was after a recent update. Is this happening to you regularly? If so, it might be worth deleting the app and reinstalling it to see if that solves the issue.
