Brilliant. However...
Easily the best of the Sugar Bytes bunch. Effectrix is capable of some of the most funkiest, twisted warping sound mangling loveliness, but is only let down by a poor implementation of Audiocopy and the file system is a little clunky to say the least. Fix this and Sugar Bytes will have a classic 'must have' iOS app on their hands.
I really anted to like this but....
I’ve already got Turnado, this seems to do pretty much the same thing with less effects, the only difference I see in this is that the signal goes through each effect in turn before it hits the next,
You can’t seem to move the effects up or down to change which one the signal hits first, also automation through bm3 seems to work about 10% of the time. Maybe I’m missing something?
Would be great if it worked in any iOS workflow
No Audiobus, no AUM, so hard to use it other than just fiddling around and seeing ow great it could be if it could be used in a workflow.
Latest update is to fix the lack of Audiobus 3 compatibility - which wold be great, but it hasn’t fixed Audiobus 3 compatibility. I’m still enjoying the “Tap To Fix” message, no matter which app I start first, which room I sit in or what colour of shirt I select.
