Eight Sleep 12+

Simply put the Eight Sleep Pod 3 and app is fantastic. It’s transformed my partner and mines sleep, I set mine she sets hers and we’re both asleep and stay asleep at the perfect temperature. My girlfriend would wake up in sweats, no longer with this.
The App is incredibly easy to navigate and I’m not sure why anyone would find fault with it.

So many problems with the app, and more bugs appear with each update. Some example bugs - you can spin the selection wheel even though the device is turned off (it gives you feedback and the graph changes) / room temperature and humidity completely disappeared from the app recently, so now no idea if it can read the temperature of the room correctly or not / it changes to its own extreme temperature to the far end of the dial (not the autopilot feature) for no reason, just wake up sweating and its on the highest heat all on its own / notifications appear about 50% of the time before bed, the other half of the time there’s nothing / a whole list of smaller more insignificant bugs with the app which I can’t believe are still there a year later. I mean if I as the owner of the company and used the product wouldn’t you know about these bugs too? The bugs are on all our devices so I assume any regular user of the app would know about them. Reported a few of the issues to eight sleep couple weeks ago but not heard back still after a while about if they can or would fix (or even why!). Still it is a brilliant device itself (if you set aside the app which you do need in order to use it). They need to be on the ball with customer service though around this stuff. It is so expensive and things should work better.

The app always had some minor problems, but since the introduction of version 6 it became a mess which made £2000+ mattress cover totally unusable. Now the cover switches itself on and off randomly, alarms are disappearing from the view or activating by themselves, routines which were created in the previous versions of the app have just been completely erased… From now on I can’t recommend Eight Sleep for purchase anymore to anyone. It would be just a waste of money until they fix the software issues - and it seems it will take them months (hopefully not years) to achieve it.
