Virtual training
I downloaded the Enhance app to test their one on one virtual personal training. I’d struggled with the free videos available on YT due to motivation, so having a PT interacting with me in real-time made such a difference. First session was free and I enjoyed it so much I purchased a package of 20. Would highly recommend trying

Simple enough to use, first class was free which gave me the opportunity to get to know my trainer before signing up to a package. Tamer is really easy to talk to and explains everything very well

The application previously was better than now , because it was much easier to review and organized , but now it is not bad , but I get lost in it sometimes, but I like the celebration after each session it motivates me to continue… wish you all the best …
