Stopped working
The app has stopped working, loads up but unable to type and then it just closes after 20 seconds
Absolute rubbish update
I only gave it one star as you cannot give it none. Bring back the old app, at least you could see everything. On the Ipad and IPhone you cannot expand it well and if you do you have to scroll around and cannot even see you net salary totals at the bottom due the size of the screen that has been set.
The size is diabolical and so small on the iPad that as above, it cuts everything off. Same on the iPhone. If you are going to release an update at lest try it and if you do try it on many different devices which clearly has not happened.
I am going to speak to our employers to get this changed to a far superior app as this is beyond a joke to say the least.
If you can then employ developers that can develop a decent upgrade or do. The right thing and down grade it again to the old app which was far better.
If you are an employee then certainly do not use this app.
Shoddy App - How this ever got past UAT is beyond me
This app promises so much but fails in so many places.
First the apps biggest fundamental issue is you cannot use Biometrics to login. Left with a wheel of death. This means having to manually login. This issue has been there for months so not sure why it can’t be fixed.
The rest of the app is ok although very uninspiring but generally functional. The app doesn’t seem to have anywhere to contact the developer for support or provide feedback.
Due to the issues with the app I have also tried the website but here things don’t really get any better. Yes I can login, yes I can see my payslips but unfortunately, am unable to download a payslip, option to download doesn’t work. (Whoever did your UAT should be fired).
Both the app and website and very uninspiring and in addition to the main issues above lots of little things don’t quite work such as buttons covered with the keyboard meaning they are really hard to access.
Please fix this app, very happy to do your UAT.
