Very useful & practical app!

I am able to see how much I need to pay off and I can set up and manage my repayment schedule. Thanks Lowell for being really flexible and understanding. The user interface of the app is easy to navigate and looks clean and modern. No need to be afraid. I was very worried and ashamed in the beginning but Lowell send you your reference number so you never need to deal with an actual person. Simply take responsibility and accept that something needs to be done to help you move forward. I feel in control again and more positive about getting back to financial equilibrium not only for my credit score but my own peace of mind. Thanks Lowell 🙂

No one wants to find themselves in the situation that they are facing debt. Especially when they have always managed money and only spent what they can afford to pay back. However it happens and I was devastated. Lowell talked me through in a kind and understanding manner. They kept me realistic to what I could actually afford at this time. Thanks to the kind and sympathetic person who answered my call I am making monthly affordable regular payments. But more importantly I would not have a problem to pick up the phone and talk if I found myself in a situation that I needed further advice.

This system is great. I don’t want to speak to anyone & discuss wether I buy a newspaper every week. I know I’m in debt & that is hard enough without dragging through it all again for the umpteenth time. I know how much I need to pay all my bills therefore I know how much I can afford to pay off a debt. Set up is simple & easy through the app & even if it’s only a small amount per month it stops the dreaded phone calls. Finally, a sensible solution without making me feel like a criminal. Thanks!

Yes I had debt and buried my head in the sand, Lowell reached out on a few occasions to resolve this issue, but due to my own fears I took my time contacting them. When I did, they did not make me feel guilty and guided me through the process. My debt as of today is paid off. Thank you.The app is good to, it let me know exactly where to was on my repayments.Don’t hide from Lowell, they are supportive and do listen.
