ePRF (Electronic Personal Record Form) is a customer management app for Consultants of The 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan. As a Consultant, you will easily be able to keep your customer’s personal records up to date and access advice from CWP Head Office.

Great use of Tech
Much simpler and easier to use - shortens time needed for initial consultation - love the email to client as soon as its done and the GP letter is a breeze! Photos are a little clunky - you should have the option to save a pic without necessarily using it as the profile pic - other than that its a big thumbs up from me x
Needs to have landscape support on iPad
While the app certainly is much better than the paper alternative, it is easier again to fill out when using a keyboard. I have a case for my iPad which has a keyboard, but only holds the iPad in landscape mode. I was really surprised that the app won’t rotate, not even to just fill the centre of the screen. Please add this as an option for iPad users, as it will make a huge difference with minimal effort.
Excellent business tool
Just seen my first new client using the ePRF and was so much easier....love the fact it worked out the BMI and the client could see the Step it said she should do. Well done the developers!
