Great app idea but needs improvement

I love this app and have been recommending it to everyone as the Vinted for Equestrians. It is perfect and much better than market place.I would like to see a tougher restriction on sellers not posting in a time frame as there have been quite few instances that I bought something as I really needed it, and they just never posted it or left it pending despite me chasing for it. There are a few bugs however when the developer is made aware of it they respond and fix. I look forward to seeing how it grows and becomes the new go to place to buy cheaper equine things x. Thank you for bringing it to our lives

This could be a really good app, a horsey version of Vinted, a safe place to buy and sell second hand horse wear. However the app needs some tweaking. It’s just a bit clunky and difficult to use. The search facility needs work, whatever filters you put in it still shows you everything in the category. For example I was looking for a certain sized girth, but it showed me every size and colour, despite me trying to use filters to just search for what I wanted. It seems impossible to just search for what you want. The speed that the ads come up is slow, you can’t scroll through quickly at all. The description of the item is very small, so it isn’t obvious which brand you are looking at, and the photos on the ads are small. If it were smoother and easier to use and search for items, I’m sure this app would be a success as somewhere to sell horsey stuff that’s safe from scammers, is desperately needed. So please sort out this issues, give the app a tweak, improve it, and more people will use it

I think Equipt is a good app but needs some improvements. The browsing and purchasing process was very good for me!! However, after the item I bought was shipped evri lost it. I was told to reach out to equipt to get a refund (of course the missing parcel wasn’t equipt’s fault) I reached out to customer service more than once but never got a reply. Thankfully the item arrived eventually (although over a week late) I just worry if the parcel hadn’t eventually turned up I wouldn’t have got a refund as the customer service doesn’t seem to exist. Also the app can be glitchy - it won’t let me accept the parcel or write a review. so the seller is still waiting for money to be released. Otherwise it’s great

I think Equipt is a good app but needs some improvements. The browsing and purchasing process was very good for me!! However, after the item I bought was shipped evri lost it. I was told to reach out to equipt to get a refund (of course the missing parcel wasn’t equipt’s fault) I reached out to customer service more than once but never got a reply. Thankfully the item arrived eventually (although over a week late) I just worry if the parcel hadn’t eventually turned up I wouldn’t have got a refund as the customer service doesn’t seem to exist. Also the app can be glitchy - it won’t let me accept the parcel or write a review. so the seller is still waiting for money to be released. Otherwise it’s great

I like this app especially since it’s just for equestrians makes things so much easier to find, it’s just like an equine vinted, i just hope for future updates they could make it more accessible and easier to find your orders like on vinted they have a section where you can check your orders and balance etc and even make labels for you, as on the equipt app it’s abit tricky to find , but overall it’s a great app for starters and can’t wait to see its improvement !I also hope there could be more sizing options as the smallest size is a 6 and you can’t add a size 4 , so hopefully that could be added !
