Works beautifully on our Wi-Fi system but immediately we’re out of range of our Wi-Fi and need to connect to mobile data the cogs spin and tell us all cameras are offline. This is on both of our mobile phones. My wife’s phone is a Samsung and my phone is an iPhone. I have checked with my mobile phone provider, our mobile data provider and they both carried out tests and says it’s the app that’s not working and needs to be reported. We’ve only had the system a week and sadly we’re feeling quite disappointed with this feature and it’s failure to connect via mobile data. Therefore I can only award it a rating of one star at the moment and that’s purely on the basis of the Wi-Fi connection so far. Some family members have so far commented on it. Sadly we’re feeling quite disappointed with it’s failure to connect to mobile data. We do hope you’ll improve the connection as a matter of urgency. Furthermore, what’s even more infuriating is I’m being asked to input a nickname to send my feedback and regardless of what I put it’s telling me it’s taken try another, which I know is utterly rubbish. I get the feeling you don’t really want feedback. An infuriating wast of customers time. If this is an example of what’s to come you’re succeeding in putting me off you as a new customer.

Since submitting my previous comments the system has been much better although a little to connect, it’s better than it was.

The first issue I encountered with set up is that you need a monitor to be able to see the settings. This is fine and I was hoping to plug in to my Mac, but this doesn’t work - not easily at least. It depends on cables, model and OS of computer etc. Far too much to mess around with. Easiest is to use a television with an HDMI connection.

The interface and app could be more user friendly for the less technical as the meaning of a lot of the symbols and icons aren’t necessary obvious or universal.

A scrub feature would be a Godsend. When searching to locate things, just viewing faster means you can easily miss things. This definitely needs a scrub feature.

Once connected it has all worked smoothly via the mobile app, though a desktop version would be equally useful.

Easy to set the app up which is a plus. Big problem is that it is often showing the cameras as offline when you open the app. Restarting the app solves it but inconvenient.
Also, picture resolution on the app is not as good as I’d like. If you compare to a ring doorbell you’ll see the difference.
