I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression for several years, and the hardest problem has been hating using my phone because of all the negative things that come from it. Social media, pictures of yourself, screen time in general, so on. However, finding a good routine has forced me to use my phone often: for calendar, reminders, notes, etc. This much screen time inevitably led me to gravitate toward using those parts of my phone that I don’t like so much. With Fabulous, I am able to use it to the bare minimum, as it combines everything I need to properly formulate a healthy structure to my day, without using multiple apps and spending an awfully large amount of time doing so. Fabulous brings everything together in a really useful way: the visuals are pleasing, the audio is soothing, the content is empowering. It’s to the point. It is exceptionally motivational, and takes you on a path to helping yourself (you really feel a strong sense of self-achievement as it is a DIY approach) at a gentle pace. I’ve been using it just a week and I’ve started forming habits which are helping me sleep better; insomnia being something I’ve put up with for a long time as well. I’m outside again. Up early again. To bed and off my phone at a responsible time again. Eating regular meals. Drinking more water. Exercising daily for the first time. Telling myself empowering things, and actually believing it.I’ve been looking through apps for some time now, trying to find the perfect mental well-being assistant. And I have to tell you, it’s Fabulous.
