Frustrating! Frustrating! Frustrating!

Firstly do not be conned by the 3 day free trial or the very well produced website. At the end of it they collect one years license fee upfront regardless if the app works or not, which means it’s better to pay for another software charging a monthly service and cancel if you don’t like it or can’t use it. I was disappointed in the control panel and functionality compared to what was said on their website. Secondly, it Doesn’t differentiate between apps (eg Instagram or Facebook) and you have to shut every non integrated iOS app down which comes under ‘Other apps’. Worst, it has huge amounts of issues with iOS and profiles that it creates on your child’s phone and seems to work intermittently. It doesn’t sync properly so when I turned my daughters apps off and then turned them on later and tried to synch, it wouldn’t work and she was left stuck without everything for quite a while. Customer service are like droids, responding occasionally and usually repeating the same thing. Not sure with all the poor comments, how long they will be around. I will have to write off my £55 and look for another better software to manage my kids devices with. Don’t waste your money or time!

Waiting 6 months for refund

AVOID THIS COMPANY

I downloaded and signed up during a free trial period in 2019. I quickly established that it didn’t suit my needs so deactivated and uninstalled. Fast forward two years to November 2021 and I notice £43 taken from my PayPal account. Then transpired they had taken the same amount the previous year which I hadn’t noticed. I contacted the company through PayPal and never got any response but then I found an alternative email. They quickly agreed to refund me my payments but one at a time. Should have been refunded within 15 working days, but now 7 months later and numerous emails and I still keep being told that it is in final stages and with billing and “be patient” and “do not worry”. Extremely patronising. We are in a cost of living crisis, my job is ending and I need this money back. PayPal won’t do anything either.

Fraudulent Company

I purchased this back in December and within 24 hours had to contact them due to their software not working as advertised. The best they could come up with was ‘uninstall and reinstall’, which is not particularly useful given that I’d purchased it to keep an eye on my autistic daughters location when walking to and from school. Despite trying this repeatedly, the software still doesn’t work as it alleges to and so I asked for a refund. Nearly two months later, repeated emails requesting the refund and being promised it’s ‘in the last stages of being dealt with and will be with you by the end of the week’ there is still no sign of my money. I don’t think they have any intention of refunding it (which is tough: I intend to reclaim it via my credit card company next week), instead choosing to hope that I’ll just go away.
