Excellent intermittent fasting app

I absolutely love this app. I have been using it for about five months and it ticks all the boxes I need for this type of app. I downloaded two other popular fasting apps and loved this one the best. At first I had an issue with my fasting data erasing from the trends section of the app, I emailed the team and I was able to use the app again in a couple of hours. I like that it reminds me of what phase I’m in while fasting (fat burning, ketosis, autophagy etc). It shows my weight progress and looking at my fasting data it gives me motivation to carry on. I also get the impression that the creators of this app also want to improve it and they welcome any type of feedback. Thank you, really pleased with this app so far.

Nice app but missing cycle tracking and adjustments

Nice app with useful features.
Would be useful to be able to choose a specific diet and not get any other recipes (in my case vegan).
It would be useful to have cycle tracking and for the app to adjust the fasting recommendations to it. Female bodies work different than male and I haven’t found an app that takes that into account for fasting recommendations.

Fantastic app

A Really good aid to weight loss, helps to track everything and it’s motivational, reminds you to drink water, helping me reach my goal to drink more. Successfully lost weight only using it for 2 weeks, so carrying on using it and seeing if I can reach my goal weight loss using this. The fasting is also really beneficial and I’m feeling much healthier. The downside I’d say is the food already programmed with the calories on this app isn’t always accurate, so most of the time I add the food and calories myself. Overall a good useful app.
