The Vet was very professional and quickly took a history of Betty's recent health issues. The Vet then examined Betty's sore paws, not really that easy or successful via the phone camera I was using, and offered advice on the potential issues that might be causing Betty’s sore paws and limp. I was advised to take Betty back to the Vet and ask for a referral to an orthopaedic specialist, which I wasn’t aware was a possibility prior to the call. As we have been back to the vets multiple times with this problem I was very happy to hear that there is an alternative to taking Betty back over and over and will hopefully clarify what are the next steps. Overall it was a really positive call. The Vet gave me advice on how to immediately manage the pain and soothe her paws and also long term advice on what to say to the vet. I needed the validation from another source to encourage me to insist that there is a problem that needs to be dealt with and not to let my own vet just fob me off and say that there isn’t a problem when there clearly is. The vets are really knowledgeable they’ve contacted poisons department for me found out if it’s an emergency or if it’s something to keep an eye on they send me a report afterwards to make sure everything is written down and easy to follow They have put my worries at ease on multiple times glad this service exists instead of rushing to my local vets getting charged a fortune for procedures that don’t actually need doing these vets tell me what to do what to look out for and always look at her on the video calls They seem to be more bothered about my animals health than how much money they can charge for unnecessary procedures instead of rushing to my local vet practice I use this app first then if anything needs to be done they contact my vet on my behalf Recommend this app to everyone

Our dog was vomiting several times overnight. Booked an appointment for 30 mins later. The vet was excellent, asked me to check a few things then gave us clear advise on what to do, what to keep an eye out for and then suggested a call back later in the day to check in.
We did that, the second vet was equally professional and caring. They checked where we had got to and then set out what needed to happen next. Again being clear what was good and what to watch for that needed another call to them or to our vet.
This is the first time I’ve used this service and although I get it free with our pet insurance, I’d pay for the peace of mind and the clear and prompt advice we received. Excellent use of technology for the benefit of our furry loved ones.
