Ive played this game for a very long time and found I got stuck on a level so many times. However since the introduction of Aquatasks I get rewards more frequently for just trying a level not necessarily winning. By being rewarded with extra bombs etc you can blast yourself out of a level without having to spend money

I have been playing this game for a long time too and I have found it extremely frustrating at times. You can get stcck on something for weeks as the right combinations just don’t come up and then suddenly, you make 3 ves and everything clears. The mini games NEVER work for me. I have reported the fact several times. At present there are a bunch of us stuck on 4100. The walkthrough shows that previous folk were allowed 37 moves. We were allowed 18 and after complaining, it is now 20. Still, a hell of a lot less than 37. There is just not enough time for the large volume of oil to be replaced. It seems they just want us to pay so I generally stay stuck. When I have become so fed up of being stuck for so long and tried to buy some gems, it takes the money but doesn’t give the gems. When you try buying again, it says this has already been purchased and will automatically be updated but it never happens.

Today, my time on my golden ticket is being eaten up but I am unable to play or get ‘support’ as the game will not open so I can get to the help and support button. It says exit or update but the update isn’t updating and exit closes the whole thing down.

I don’t usually play games, however I was looking for something bright and colourful with something I could involve my grandkids in. They love spending my winnings on decorations and fish! The interactions with the characters are fun, but can easily be ignored if you are trying to get through a level and are on a mission! I don’t like paying for additional services - which are often plugged. But I’ve managed to avoid so far and when you are out of lives and it blocks you until a time limit is up - its a good reminder to me to put the computer away for a bit! Can be addictive! Overall a good game that I would recommend. I can’t compare to any others/or criticise the graphics as I don’t usually play games. But for this Grandma, its fab!
