Fitness First UK – FFX 17+

The staff at Fitness First are very nice and friendly. They are always willing to help you out with any questions you may be regarding the training sessions or classes. They are also very welcoming to the gym members and also other visitors to the gym. The gym instructors are wonderful and they are quite knowledgeable about the classes that they teach, ie the techniques and methods on how to use the equipment etc. would recommend to anyone who may be interested in joining the gym.

Fitness First Shepherdbush Green was an amazing gym to work out with as the people are friendly, the staff are very helpful, the friendly environment, is sophisticated to work out, clean environment, good music, facilities are clean you name it. Also, shops are close by, after doing your workout you can go do your food shopping, travel is very convenient there are tubes and buses. The love thing about the gym is the centre from West, East, North and South.

- it takes ages to load the app, please reduce the time on the splash screen
- most importantly, it takes ages to load your member card: a key feature of the app. It makes the first minute coming into the gym a “not so pleasant experience” and it’s stressful if you’re going to a class in the next few mins. Please please consider the option to allow users to just add it to their iPhone wallet. Please, how can this be a feature for a Pret subscription, but not for FFX? Please consider this feature, it’s annoying every single time I have to load the app to access the members card.
