Share your diaries easily with your Coach, Dietitian, Doctor, or friend. You can focus on becoming mindful of your eating habits, fitness journey, allergies, or your reason for keeping a food diary or reporting to your Nutrition Coach.

Great for chronic illnesses and allergies

As someone with MCAS, this app really has been a lifesaver. It’s so easy to just take a picture of what I eat and if I have an allergic reaction then I can just look back at what I ate and figure out what caused it.
It’s also great for POTS since foods with a high GI can trigger symptoms. When I feel gross I can often match it up to looking at what I ate and think “oh it’s because I ate some white rice and bread in the same day”
This app is also very ADHD friendly as I always forget what I eat but now I can look back at what I ate at lunch and make sure to have a different meal for dinner.

I never leave reviews for apps since I often get bored or forget to use apps I download but I’ve had this app for nearly a year now and logged all my meals nearly every day. It makes it so easy to log food since all you have to do is just take a picture.

Great app

This app really helps to keep track of what I am eating. In the past I have tried to track my food by writing it down but never managed more than a day or two before giving up. I find that taking photos of my food is addictive and definitely helps me eat a range of colours so that the pictures look nice. I was not keen on eating so many snacks but now I am a convert. I definitely eat less at each meal because I know that I can have a healthy snack in a couple of hours. And no more “hangry” feelings! My weight is gradually going down and if it goes back up at any point, I will be able to look back at the pictures and hopefully see where I am going wrong.

Really enjoying it

I have wanted to get my eating habits under control for a long time. Slowly my weight has crept up over the years, especially now my job is desk bound. Though I exercise regularly, the healthy eating side of things felt a bit harder to achieve. I started many a food diary before giving up a few days later.

This app is SO helpful, I can be accountable to myself, I don’t have to figure out all the calories either. It’s just so simple. And I am noticing I’m wanting to eat better because it’s all visual. It isn’t a crash diet, I’m not starving myself but I hope over time it will be a gentle way to get back to where I’d like my body to be.
