Your metric system need upgrading
When you trying to enter your height in metric system at your personal setting, there is option to enter it in meters for some reason so you literally unable to enter your hight unless you’re either 1 or 2 meters tall.... there’s not too many people with this parameters so it would be helpful if you change it to centimetres (cm), or let us use dot so we can write down our actual height.
No Landscape option for IPAD
With all the data to display. The makers have missed a big opportunity not offering Landscape view. I would of awarded 5 stars if I was able to use it properly on my 12 inch IPAD.
Terrible
The app is either very slow or doesn’t work at all. Results of my blood test on one screen showed no results available. Another screen said some result cells failed analysis. My doctor wrote to them to ask for those that were available - no response. A second kit was sent out. I send note blood samples, still no response. And the app just has a white screen and a spinner when I log in. It would have been far easier to go to my doctors.
