Fresha - Book Appointments 4+

Easy to book an appointment at the time I remember to book rather than waiting until salon is open and having to phone. Also good that the stylists can concentrate on the customer in front of them rather than constantly dealing with phone calls.

I am writing this review as a business owner who used Fresha. I have never in my life felt it necessary to write a bad review; I feel that speaks volumes at how awful Fresha is. I signed up as a business offering services but I quite quickly discovered if you are fully booked or do not have an appointment available and somebody searches your business, that Fresha recommend your clients to competitors offering similar services! Bizarre! I reached out to Fresha customer support but they were either non-existent or incompetent and could not help resolve the issue. I eventually managed to delete my Fresha account but my business is still on there, it just shows no available appointments, so if anyone Google’s my business, yeap you guessed it, Fresha pops up and re-directs people to my competitors! I advise at all costs to use another application for bookings, Fresha is quite possibly the worse there is! If I could rate lower than one star I would!

It’s a great app for booking I much prefer being able to select a time that I like rather than having to agree to a time that doesn’t really suit
Would be great if I could easily rebook the appointments I’ve had before
Wish the places I use regularly were available to pick on the home page instead I have search for them each time
There’s currently an action required on one of my appointments but I can’t find what it is this has happened before
The font size and lay out is bad could be vastly improved
