My first time at a Turtle Bay restaurant was a great experience. All the young staff were friendly and the lady that served me was more than happy to navigate me through my app. Another lady came to let me know that the takeaway order I placed was being cooked to order, and told me how long it would take to arrive. My order arrived right on time and was well packaged. I live a short drive away from the restaurant so the food was piping hot when I got back. The food was plentiful, rich and tasty. Being that I’m from Caribbean heritage, it reminded me of the food my parents cooked when I was a kid. Great memories flooded back with each mouthful. Highly recommend Turtle Bay. I was at the Peterborough location on a fairly busy Sunday. Look forward to future visits.

We came as a family last evening prior to a theatre performance. Initially the waiter was helpful, explaining how to download the app and about the blue light discount etc. he left and another waiter came to take our drinks order - we needed a few more minutes for our food order and he returned. Our starters arrived before our drinks order - our drinks took over 30 minutes to arrive since placing the order and the cocktails that arrived were not what was ordered - but they had taken so long to arrive we chose to then accept them! The food was enjoyable though could have been warmer, a side we had ordered had been missed and they said this would be taken off the bill. We then asked for our bill as we were then rushing to make the theatre performance (had been in the restaurant for over 2 hours and it was not particularly busy with a number of empty tables) - when asked if the side had been taken off - it hadn’t and they then did this we asked if the the blue light had been applied as we had not used this before - they said yes - on later and closer inspection it had not - we took their word for it but can’t see it on our bill - so would not trust this restaurant again

Came in today for a girlie lunch whilst shopping amazing friendly staff told of new menu launching tomorrow so excited for that shown to our table & our server Ben came to see us we placed our order & cocktail recommendations were given which we took & drinks arrived which was delicious food followed not long after which was again delicious friendly attentive staff look forward to coming back in a few weeks to try the new menu
