Turtle Bay 4+

Gorgeous

Absolutely amazing from start to finish our server (sorry i forgot her name very pretty blonde girl) was so welcoming and friendly. I’ve been for cocktails before which are always the best. This time we got a beach board and also a side of the king prawns. I never wanted the food to end In particular the calamari was crispy yet soft and the king prawns were to die for. The oil they cook them in with the spring onion was the best I’ve ever tasted. Cannot wait to come again

Amazing food and service

Amazing first impression on arrival from the man (seemed to be the manager) then great service with a smile from Manovi, she knew upon ordering what she had in stock, good knowledge of her drinks and food which helped specially when I had to order for my 2 year old girl. She was even quick in getting the dessert as we were in a rush. Despite being busy in the restaurant Manovi kept being jovial and smiles at all times.

New Version App- Awful

Really liked the old app and thought it was great way to encourage loyalty. My husband and I stay away with work a fair bit and choose this restaurant due to good food plus the rewards.
The new app gives less rewards and now limits how many turtles you can accrue even though you’ve spent the money there in the first place! All my old turtles have converted to less. I was left with 5 turtles. Then went and had a meal (didn’t use these 5 ) and should of gained at least 5 more if it’s £7 for every turtle. Instead of maxing out and having 9 in total I now only have 6 turtles! So gained 1 turtle for a £40 meal!

Won’t be using the app anymore or making my restaurant decision based on loyalty now

We spent a long time listening to customer feedback before updating our App and and some of the feedback we received was that our guests want to be rewarded from visiting regularly. With the new system, even if you only pop in for a drink you will still be rewarded!
