This system is a god send!

I’ve been using this system for the past 18 months and am so impressed. As a sole trader it’s so much easier to keep on top of all my appointments and accountancy, my clients ( and me ) love how they can book online which saves so much time on both parts with phone calls and texts trying to confirm appointment times.
The card processing is very efficient and any questions I have are always answered within the same day.
It’s definitely the best system I have ever used and wouldn’t be without it. My no shows and forgotten appointments are now a thing of the past as my clients always respond to the confirmation reminders which are sent out.
I love that the system is constantly improving with new features and I’m able to send out blast campaigns to all my clients when I’m doing a special offer etc.
What more could you ask for!

I have used shedul for 4 years and really liked how easy it was to use. Customer service response was quick which was also a plus however now they are still claiming to be “always free to use online booking service” now they charge you for online booking🧐 when you speak to customer service your questions are not answered they dance around the fact that you are asking why you are being charged for online booking. Online booking links are now part of Fresha Plus which is an add on for no shows and late cancellations, card payments & marketing emails. I don’t believe that you should be charged for online bookings as this was part of shedul free service so they have lost a customer as I do not need fresha plus, I tried it out however it was a waste of money as joe public doesn’t know about fresha therefore I did not getting bookings through the app they want to charge you to use.
Shame as it was a decent set up however to gain more business you are as well as paying for booksy or other app more people know about as the money you pay to fresha every month is more.

Fresha (shedul) have been amazing from the start. Reasonably priced, so many options available to help your business monitor stock, daily & yearly takings. Not only are they amazing but they have also been supportive during Covid-19. This morning I received an email for a refund/credit to my account. This wasn’t requested by myself, fresha have done this off their own back. Thank you fresha! Every little does help during this difficult time. I would still highly recommend this company for online/digital bookings without their generosity during this unprecedented time.
